Please check here if BWFF will be the premier for your film: (This information is for promotional purposes only and does not affect the selection of your film.)
Please check here if you authorize the Bay Area Film Society (the BWFF's parent organization) to show your film at one of its events after the Festival.

I certify to the BWFF that I have the right to submit this film to the BWFF and to authorize the uses of it provided herein.

I will indemnify and hold harmless the Big Water Film Festival, its sponsors and partners, individually and collectively, from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including legal expenses arising out of or in connection with any and all claims or third-party claims based on material submitted to the Big Water Film Festival.

Big Water Film Festival has permission to use my name, my film, photos, and press materials for festival promotion.
